Please note, all sale items purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept earrings for returns unless there is a genuine manufacturing fault.
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will happily offer you a store credit 7 days from the date you received your item/s. Unfortunately, this excludes earrings, due to hygiene purposes we cannot accept a return, we therefore advise that you choose your item/s carefully.
To ensure your return of purchase is accepted, items must be returned in an unworn condition and in their original packaging. Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process, will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer.
When returning your item, please make sure you obtain a tracking number. Once the returned products have arrived at our studio, we will inspect the items and process the store credit within 48 hours.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item. Please state your request by emailing A.collection.
Only items that can be exchanged are if items are still in the same packaging they arrived in, ensuring the jewellery is not worn or opened from it’s original packaging and are still sealed. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, we can ship the new item.The amount of $10.00 AUD will be deducted if the item is not returned with its original packaging.

Store credits are processed with no expiration date so you don’t feel pressured to use it immediately, you can use it whenever you like and on new launches. In order to be eligible for a store credit, the below requirements must be met:

– Email firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number, stating whether you wish to return, exchange or receive a store credit. If you wish to exchange, state which item you wish to change your original purchase for (please check our online store to ensure the item/s is in stock).
a.collection will respond to your email within 1-3 business days. Please be patient with us during sales and busy periods, we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.
Upon approval, re-pack your item/s in its original box with all original packaging (exactly how you received the item/s).

You purchased the wrong size? No worries. simply email our customer service team with your full name, order number and your correct size. email@example.com .
Orders are processed during Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm. Our studio is closed on weekends & holidays.
You will receive a confirmation of your purchase within 24 hours. Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days
Purchases made on weekends and/or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation notice to your registered email.
